This class is for those who have taken the beginner series of Moving for Better Balance. Class is free for facility members.

Improve your balance, mobility, walking, and mental well-being in this adapted Tai Ji Quan program. You'll learn a variety of movements tailored to train balance and control body movements for performing daily activities. As the movements are presented in a sequential manner, regular participation is preferable and registration is required. Instructor Kathy Harris has years of experience working with active older adults and those with physical limitations. Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Chairs available.
