The ELDC is a collaboration of Early Learning Directors working together to support the childcare industry and more specifically the committed early learning educators and directors in Sarasota County. Our Collaborative is about learning from each other, staff recruitment, a substitute pool to help close the gaps on short staffing days, training opportunities, and much more. If you and your center are interested in learning more, please complete the interest form below and you will be contacted by an ELDC staff person.

Are you currently contracted with the Early Learning Coalition?
We know that every center needs staff in order to train, give breaks, serve more children, create better mental health, etc. That is our immediate focal point, however there are many other aspects of the collaborative where we hope this group can be of assistance. Below is a list of the aspects that we will be focusing on throughout this collaborative. To get a better understanding of your center please complete the questionnaire below.
