The purpose of the Educators Retention and Appreciation Bonus Program is to recognize teachers and directors who provide high quality instruction with special emphasis on those who have dedicated their career to helping young children learn and grow.
Tenure levels and bonuses ranges are estimated as follows and subject to change.

| < 1 year | $300 - $400 |
| 1-5 years | $450 - $700 |
| 6-20 years | $750 - $950 |
| 21-30 years | $1,000 - $1,300 |
| 31+ | $1,400 - $1,600 |
